- Proper control of staff access and permissions within the workshop account
6. Customer Access
Customers may access repair information through secure links, codes, or protected pages generated by the workshop. Workshops are responsible for ensuring that customer-facing access is shared appropriately and only with authorized persons.
7. Payments & Subscriptions
Some features of B2C.repair may be available only through paid plans or subscriptions. By subscribing to a paid service, you agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay all applicable charges.

- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal
